The wayfinding design of the Tsuen Wan Vehicle Delivery Center is not merely an information system, but a complete “boarding experience” narrative. Inspired by modern airports, the project translates aviation circulation, signage logic, and spatial order into a premium delivery language aligned with BMW’s brand identity.
The information display behind the Check-in area references airport departure boards, creating a strong sense of ceremony while clearly communicating the delivery process. Suspended signs and wall numbering continue the visual order of airport systems. The overall signage palette incorporates BMW’s signature brand colors, balancing innovation with brand recognition. Floor markings play a key role as well, drawing from runway and taxiway logic to reinforce spatial organization.
Customers hold a “boarding pass” and follow runway-like guide lines on the floor, gradually arriving at their designated “gate.” The delivery culminates in a ceremonial highlight—the first journey in their new vehicle.
