Located on the outskirts of a small village near the Mediterranean Sea in Mallorca, this plot was acquired by two friends for their own, yet independent, use. Their initial vision was to build two identical townhouses, mirrored along the central dividing wall of the site. While the development of details introduced differences in materials and the outside look of both houses, the overall composition has been preserved.
anySCALE’s Palma design team shaped the houses so that their interiors are unmistakably Mediterranean. The main challenge was to remain generous in the distribution of space while ensuring that each property meets all essential requirements—both for comfortable living today and for potential resale in the future.
