While fully respecting the existing interior language, we developed a clear, concise, and recognizable wayfinding system for Kuntai’s headquarters in Beijing.
The design integrates with the exposed concrete textures used throughout the space, avoiding excessive decoration and allowing signage to blend naturally into the architectural context. Visually, the system combines minimalist structures with large-scale numbering. Oversized floor numbers enhance spatial order and recognition efficiency while introducing a modern visual rhythm. Selective use of vivid accent colors creates focal points within the predominantly grey environment, maintaining the company’s composed tone while adding energy and a contemporary atmosphere. Material strategies prioritized cost efficiency and construction feasibility, using film applications and silkscreen printing adaptable to various substrates to ensure smooth implementation.
An office space is not only a place of daily work, but a reflection of corporate values and professionalism. The signage system participates in spatial expression in a subtle yet precise way, serving as an extension of Kuntai’s brand spirit within the everyday environment.
